Training with Piz: Mountain Men (AKA Mountain Persons)

As long as you have a place to hang a rope with a carabiner or a pulley and a pair of jugs you can perform this exercise.

This is power and endurance and can be challenging because you are actually campusing.

If you need to have some type of assist you can put a chair underneath your feet and have them on it or just one leg or even on a weight bench.

After some practice you can then move to not having your feet touching the ground at all.
