Rob Pizem's blog. This blog is about my family, my training and my rock climbing adventures. I like to rock climb, boulder and be outdoors. One of my favorite things to do is to establish new climbs in new areas.

Not too much to this other than showing you how the treadwall works!
one thing I noticed but never thought about before is the resetting of the hand on holds. It didn't happen on all holds but on many. Wondering if it's a habit that wastes energy or necessary for contact. My guess it's important but will test next time I'm at the gym.
Calvin. I will pay more attention as I continue to climb indoors. I have observations of those climbing outdoors and have a response but want to study how I do on the Treadwall in the future. Thanks for the comment and I will respond in the future. I am glad that you are making such good observations. Please continue.
