Not too much to this other than showing you how the treadwall works!
one thing I noticed but never thought about before is the resetting of the hand on holds. It didn't happen on all holds but on many. Wondering if it's a habit that wastes energy or necessary for contact. My guess it's important but will test next time I'm at the gym.
Calvin. I will pay more attention as I continue to climb indoors. I have observations of those climbing outdoors and have a response but want to study how I do on the Treadwall in the future.
